Thanks to the activities offered around physical activity, the employees really got into the game and some took their role to heart by becoming team captains, motivating the group or animating the game messaging.

Promote awareness
Overall, simply inviting participants to look at their number of daily steps raised awareness of the thresholds of physical inactivity or sedentarity (number of hours spent sitting in a day), accentuated by remote work.

Through Kiplin, players were able to become aware of their daily physical activity. The program triggered revelations for several participants: “The numbers are sometimes disturbing, especially when working at home. You really realize how sedentary you are. In addition to the games, Kiplin challenges us on a personal level, for our physical and mental health.”
